Experience the incredible power of the TS 75 EQ plunge cut plunge saw, capable of slicing through material up to 70 mm thick. This saw will leave an edge that is both burn and splinter-free; to the extent that your edges will be clean enough to glue without any further prep work. Save time and create matched panels by cutting stacked-sheet goods with one cut. MMC electronics mean that your cuts will be burn-free and glue-ready, even in thicker or stacked material. With 1600 watts of power and 75mm of cutting capacity, cutting three or four sheets of ply at one time is a breeze.
Festool offers a complete range of accessories that further add to already extremely capable TS 75 EQ. Combined with a Festool HEPA CT Dust Extractor, achieve near dust free operation. So clean that you can makes cuts right in your client's home. Imagine packing up from a jobsite without having to clean up a mess. With Festool's metal cutting blades, the TS 75 is powerful enough to cut non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum and stainless steel. Use the optional spark trap with your dust extractor when cutting metal.
The TS 75 is Festool's most powerful plunge saw, providing enough power to slice through the toughest of materials with little concern for swirl or burn marks.
At 70 mm depth of cut, the TS 75 can power through thick stock with ease or cut multiple sheets of plywood in a single pass.
The slip clutch helps to minimize the risk of a kickback and reduces wear on the blade, gear case, and motor
With the FS Guide Rail System, you'll get laser-straight, splinter-free cuts in seconds. Simply lay the Guide Rail between two points, and you have your cut line.
Integrated riving knife keeps the cut kerf open and the material away from the rear of the blade, reducing the chance of kickback and leaving the user in control. Springloaded riving knife (splitter) retracts into housing during plunge-cuts.
MMC electronics ensure a consistent speed under load, improving cut performance and protecting the saw's motor from thermal and current overload. Variable speed allows you to match the blade's speed to the material, reducing burning.
Simple depth adjustment allows only the part of the blade necessary for the cut to be exposed. The plunge-action allows cut placement anywhere on the cut line for straight cuts or cut-outs into material.
With the Guide Rail Splinterguard and an integrated, replaceable Splinterguard on the TS itself, you'll get zero-tearout cuts, reducing rework and material waste.
